This pretty little two bedroomed cottage sleeps three but is equally ideal for a couple seeking that cosy cottage for two. The open plan ground floor provides a particularly comfortable living area with it's two 2 seater sofas, colour TV / Video and Hi Fi with radio. Some video tapes, magazines, maps and tourist information is also provided.

The dining area provides table and chairs for up to four and is set off nicely with a reclaimed pine cottage dresser. The fitted kitchen has an electric fan oven with 4 ring hob and extractor over, a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster etc. The wood laminate floor gives a clean and tasteful effect.

Upstairs, the double bedroom has a large ceiling beam, a black iron bed frame and the terracotta décor is most pleasing. The single bedroom also has a large ceiling beam with a white iron frame bed and a west facing window with fine views to Blencathra. The bathroom has WC, wash basin and a shower over the bath.

A cot and high chair are available at a nominal charge and there are stair gates fitted at both the top and bottom of the stairs.

For your added convenience a Utility Room is adjacent to the properties. Here you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer for your use. Also irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, barbecues etc. It also doubles as a great Drying Room for your outdoor clothing when necessary. Bike storage is also available on site.

Complimentary wine, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.

The cottage is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m.on the day of departure.
